Sharing login credentials, giving access to unauthorized third parties, copying content, or using course materials for public presentations or resale constitutes a violation of these Terms and may lead to suspension of services and legal consequences.
4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
By completing a purchase through the Site, the Client agrees to pay the full fee associated with the selected product or service. The following conditions apply:
All payments are final and non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific product offer.
Due to the immediate availability of digital content, the Client expressly waives the right to withdrawal or refund in accordance with U.S. digital commerce law and applicable state regulations (e.g., New Mexico Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, NM Stat. Ann. § 14-16-1 et seq.).
If a payment plan is selected, the Client agrees to the scheduled payments and authorizes automatic charges to the payment method on file. Non-payment, chargebacks, or disputes will be considered breach of contract and may result in suspension of access and recovery actions.
Payment Provider & Data
All payment data is processed securely via third-party provider Stripe, which complies with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store any payment credentials. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date.
5. Master School: Payment Plan Agreements
If you purchase any training under a payment plan structure, the following additional terms apply:
Terms of Agreement
You authorize Change Mastery Institute LLC to charge your debit/credit card for the installment amounts as specified at checkout. By agreeing to a payment plan:
You confirm that the total amount is due, even if paid in installments.
You understand that payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes via your financial institution.
Default and Enforcement
In the event of payment default:
Access to services may be immediately suspended.
You remain liable for the full outstanding balance.
You accept financial responsibility for any recovery costs incurred by Change Mastery Institute LLC, including but not limited to: debt collection agency fees, late fees (minimum $60 per invoice), and legal correspondence (e.g., Letters Before Action).
Currency & Processing
All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated. Any applicable transaction or processing fees are the responsibility of the Client.
6. Warranty
The Site and all its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Change Mastery Institute LLC makes no express or implied warranties or representations, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or accuracy.
The use of the Site and content is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Change Mastery Institute LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the use or inability to use the services or content provided.

13. Payment Plan Agreements – Master School
By choosing to pay for a product or course via a payment plan, you agree to the specific installment terms at the time of purchase and authorize Change Mastery Institute LLC to charge your credit/debit card accordingly.
You further agree and understand that:
All payment plan purchases are final and non-refundable.
You shall not dispute any authorized charge with your bank or payment processor.
You are legally bound to fulfill all scheduled payments under the agreed terms.
In case of default:
Change Mastery Institute LLC reserves the right to suspend course access until payment is current.
You will be liable for recovery fees, including but not limited to a $60.00 charge per invoice, collection agency fees, interest, and legal fees.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, a third-party provider. Change Mastery Institute LLC does not store your card details.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

18. Certification and Legal Approval
